A Magazine called How About Now
For a generation that cares
The WorthWhile Future Foundation is a non-profit working at the intersection of sustainability and finance. They knew that they wanted to create a print magazine that would spark hope for a young, often-jaded generation of Indians who are already well aware of the problems we are currently faced with, but don’t always know what to actually do about it. The idea was to introduce the concept of responsible investing and how it can make a difference. The brand approached The Paper Planes Agency to figure out what this magazine would be. Together, we conceptualised a three-part print magazine called How About Now. Comprising short stories, in-depth features, long interviews, photo essays, infographics, comics, and more, the launch issue of the magazine, titled ‘Going Electric’, delved deep into the world of electric vehicles.
We also developed the name and brand identity of the magazine. Careful attention was paid to the choice of paper and offsetting carbon emissions — the magazine is printed on 100% recycled paper, and is carbon-neutral.
